WIP Wednesday

This is what I am currently working on...

The blue and yellow Strip Twist (from Bonnie's site) and...

...quilting a donation quilt in honor of National Volunteer Week. I used the Heartstrings panto from Willow Leaf Studio.

I had a map panel that I bordered and backed with some star fabric and this is the result. I used the Simple Stars and Loops panto from Willow Leaf Studio. I was surprised that it used 3 bobbins full! and the quilt only measures 48 x70!

OOOOOH yellow and blue--my fav color combo! Looking good, Pat! Quilting, piecing and all that good stuff. I think I may have one of those map panels around here somewhere that Joy gave some of us. Not sure where it is but it is interesting to see how you are quilting it.

I am just loving your color combinations lately, and this blue and yellow is gorgeous! How are you doing with your pantographs? Points? Staying on the lines? I'm going to try one of those next.

You know how I feel about blue and yellow but I really like the way that one is turning out. Hmmm...maybe in green and white = )
