Thursday Happenings

Remember this large (or rather, large-ish, I thought) pile of 2.5 inch strips I was cutting?

Well, today was the day that we played *Strip Poker* at my day guild. I think the ladies at my table really, really liked me! I had never played poker before so I was on a very steep learning curve...LOL. My fabric *coins* went very fast in the games!

Here is the loot I came home with...eight strips! The only reason I had any left is that we had to end our game because one member had to go to work and the others were done playing. :) Looking on the bright side...7 of the strips are new to me and only 1 is one I have in my stash.

Do you want to *see* what I made with my other 2.5 inch strips? The bindings aren't sewn back yet...let me know if you want to *see* the two quilts finished or unfinished...

well that is a silly question! Of course we do, LOL. These look like they would go in a QOV rather easily.

It will be interesting to see how you count poker losses and gains in the stash totals come Sunday.

Never heard of *strip* poker before--too funny, how many strips did you start with? But of course we want to see what you made with your 2.5" strips. No matter if it's not finished!

Count me in too - I want to see what you made with your 2.5" strips.

What a great idea. I haven't seen "strip poker" before. Hope you are well. Too many days away from home are catching up with me.
