Design Wall Monday

Talk about a fast quilt top!

I think that I started cutting this and piecing a few blocks on Friday, finished the blocks on Saturday then joined my continents into the world on Sunday. I am not really sure where I brought the fat quarter pack but I needed to supplement a little from the stash, hence the funky pieced border treatment. A nice child's quilt at 49 x 67. Once quilted, it will go to Margaret's Hope Chest. Carin is hoping to collect 30 children's quilts (45 x 60) by December 1st.

pattern: Triple Treat Petite for Happy Hour Quilts by Terry Atkinson.

I made the same quilt a couple of years ago all in blues and yellows, it is fun to piece. I love the fall colors in this one.
