A Four Corner's Apron from Vanilla House Designs. I found this cute cupcake fabric in the closet but onlu 22 inches of it. I'm not sure I'm grooving to the polka dot ties~but time will tell if I change it out for the yellow for a more cohesive look.
FWIW I think I would go with yellow ties. Love that cupcake print!
