Today is the fourth Saturday of February of the color pink! I made one lone pink braid for today. I think in next month's color, I might try darks on one side and lights on the other. Just to see how I like the look.

ReplyDeleteWhat an ingenious way of using scraps. I can envision intuitively combining your scraps until you reach a certain length and simply weaving one color onto the last.
ReplyDeleteNicely done. What size is it? I think the idea of keeping darker on one side vs lighter tones on the other will be pretty too. Hope you're having a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteYou've braided up those pinks very nicely! I'm looking forward to checking out the MSQC tutorial -- years ago I was supposed to make a braid quilt, maybe the tute will inspire me to resurrect that plan!
