My Folk Art Thick Sticks is a flimsy! This pattern really goes together quick. :)
I decided to move onto my next project, one for me. I un-earthed my Detroit Tigers and a few go-with's. Here is what I found and a picture of a quilt that uses 3.5 inch strips.
This is what my pick looks like. Hmmm...I'm out of Tiger fabric and you guessed it...JoAnn's last year.
<sigh>
I re-arrranged the rail blocks. I saw it on Pinterest but neglected to save the picture. :(
EDIT: I found it! Pinterest picture!
Now, I'll need to decide which way to assemble this little quilt.
Sharing today with The Inquiring Quilter's Weight Loss Wednesday.
So glad you found that picture! Great quilt you're building. And you know how much I love the QOV you made. Perfect! https://www.inquiringquilter.com/questions/2025/04/02/wednesday-wait-loss-426
ReplyDeleteThe folk art quilt top is delightful! I love how the border attaches to some of the sticks. Fun Tigers quilt, too!
ReplyDeleteThat is the only drawback to scrap quilts-you are bound to run out just a block or two short! You have rearranged it very nicely!
ReplyDeletePlay ball! The easy pattern is a great way to use the Tiger print.
