September 2016
Friends were married and I created a Christmas Tree Skirt as a gift.
I used the Phillips Arts ruler and green camouflage fabric as the feature.
They love everything camouflage! and they loved the tree skirt.
Here is the strip set that I cut the pieces from.
Here is the complete quilt.
Here is the back~with mittens.
I also gave a Christmas ornament to start their married collection.
This is one of my favorite gifts to give!
October 2016
I went into my tub of Halloween novelties and made this Halloween Peg quilt for me.
No pattern was followed as I found a picture on the web as my inspiration~and I failed to credit where it was from. :(
bad blogger.
If this is your design...comment and I'll give you the credit where credit is due!
November 2016
I went into the tub of Hockey novelties and yes, you guesses it!
I made a Hockey pegs quilt. I donated this one to the Arrowhead Girls Hockey Turkey Tourney raffle. The person that won this quilt placed the wrong end of their ticket in the bin and failed to collect it. A second ticket was drawn and the quilt was won my the girls' goalie coach! I was so happy that it stayed in the hockey family! I later heard the the Coach doesn't accept any monies for his work with the girls which made his win doubly nice.
Here is the back. I had purchased a t-shirt from the previous year's tournament and used that as the label.
December 2016
My night guild sponsored a Christmas family and were looking for quilts to give.
I quilted up the 4 patch poise quilt and donated it.
I also quilted up my rwb tube quilt and donated it. (still trying to locate a picture - even if not quilted)
