...maybe!
I quilted down my QOV FB Stars panel challenge that is due December 1, 2019. Design will be revealed sometime close to December 1st!
For now, all I can show is the panel the participants used in their creations.
See this pile of fabric? My mission today is to cut and kit as I am going to guild retreat on Thursday!
Wish me luck!

WIP Wednesday 10.23.2019
It's a flimsy!
As I suspected, this went together really fast even with some seam ripping happening. Maple Island quilt patterns are fun since they usually use larger pieces of focus fabrics and some sort of optical illusion piecing. I was debating about adding a border but it's about 55 x 74 before quilting.

Design Wall Monday 10.21.2019
I started on my next quilt. The plan for this one is to use as many as my hockey prints that I can!
I cut my hockey fabric.
I cut and sewed the parts of the blocks.
Now onto the sewing! If I can keep everything straight, it ought to assemble quickly.

Design Wall Monday 10.14.2019
Today I started on my green/yellow plus quilt.
If completed on time, this will be a donation for the neighborhood fundraiser. Recently, a neighbor started treatment for brain cancer and the neighbors are getting together to help raise money for the family. Unfortunately I will be at my quilt retreat during the event, but the organizers are looking for donations to raffle off, and what? would be better than a quilt to snuggle under?!
Of course, I started by cutting a few 5 inch squares.
Next, the layout begins. I chose to cut into my greens and use yellow as the background. (hint hint: I live in Wisconsin and it IS football season!)
I'll have to design in two segments as:
1. my wall is not big enough and
2. I'm short...
pattern: combination of many found on the internet:
My Pinterest board contains my inspirations.

Small project finish fast!
My new mats in our bedroom.
