Last Wednesday, Yvonne shared her method for making Christmas stockings. They are strip pieced Quilt-as-you-go and lined. It was voted that the program committee would make a few and work out any kinks and be available to help members sew the stockings in early November. Our presentation day is Wednesday October 9th.
So far, I've made two stockings but have more batting cut out. I think for maybe 5 or 6 more.
Today, I found a few browns and began working on the blocks for my October Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2024 blocks. I was pretty happy when I found a brown leaf print I could use!
