Design Wall Monday 9.2.2024

Oh no! I discovered a few missing pieces to my quilt lecture.

One piece is a paper piecing sample! I've been wanting to make this Single Scoop Ice Cream Cone pattern for a very long time. It was originally published by QuiltMaker in 2005 as part of Project Linus. Now is the perfect time to try paper piecing again...

Here are the first few scoops.

pattern: Single Scoop

Those are such cute blocks! Looks like you found the perfect "cone" fabric. Have fun putting this one together!

Cute pattern. Good for you trying paper piecing... amazing you still have a 2005 magazine. I loved Quiltmaker but eventually stopped the subscription. And, I'm afraid I got rid of a bunch of them when we moved 9 years ago. Bummer. (Or they are hiding in my stuff!)
