SoScrappy Saturday 5.23.2026

There is NOT a lot of sewing happening here but I did manage a few 4 patches using orange and gray color combination. Hmmm...I like these blocks better than I thought I would. <grin>

I'll be interested to see the alternate squares. That looks like a fair amount of ORANGE scrap sewing to me, Pat! I'm betting it will make a lovely quilt.

I've always love the orange/grey combo because the gray makes the orange settle down! lol

I imagine them with a print that features orange and white flowers on a light gray background. But it's funny that you're using these colors because I just commented on Mary/Zippy Quilts' blog about a gray print I haven't used; she suggested I pair it with orange! I think this is a sign.
