The rains arrived today, fast and furious. So much rain in a short time span that the *river* re-appeared on the way to the retention ponds.
I decided to border the motorcycle strippie pattern to increase the size and to also use more of the motorcycle novelty print. Now it is almost 52 x 68. Good for a slightly older child. :)pattern source: Mary's Quick Strippie (with added border)

so much flooding about 100 miles north of us--the propane tanks are floating, and they are fastening them down with posts, chains, and sandbags. We are supposed to get 3 days of clear weather, and then more rain. I have moss growing between my toes.
I like the border around this one though normally the strippies look just fine without. Adds a more finished look to it plus as you said, will fit the reciepient better.
(Can you tell I am a little behind in commenting, LOL?)
