I fished out the Virginia Bound UFO and finished for a Christmas Tree skirt for the newlyweds!pattern: Bonnie Hunter's Virginia Bound found in her Scraps and Shirttails book.
We also included a cute Newlywed Christmas Ornament.

Woohoo! Pat, as I was making tree skirts for my niece, another for a nephew and his lovely bride and another one on the horizon for his sister and her husband, I recalled your telling about your family tradition. I am glad to see it is still going on! A great plan as it turns out.
