Finish or NOT Friday on Sunday 3.1.2026

This is a combination post of SAHRR -prompt 6 and Finish or NOT Friday...yes, I'm a little behind posting. Baby Brother's feed dogs stopped feeding and THAT stopped me! :)

Prior to no feed dogs, I had worked on my SAHRR. I was going to skip prompt 6 - provided by Anja as Quilter's Choice. So my choice is...the borders I had put on my SAHRR! It was while I was sewing back the binding on Baby, that the feed dogs and tension gave up the ghost. I tried 'my tricks' to get Baby back on track but alas, into the repair shop she went last week Wednesday...

pattern:    prompt 6 - Quilter's Choice - Borders
                prompt 5 - 2 colors - sashings
                prompt 4 - top row - curves
prompt 3 - second row - animal kingdom - monkey wrench
prompt 2 - third row - 'double' - double arrow
prompt 1 - fourth row - hourglass - Ohio star
starting point - fifth row - barn star

Oh no on your Baby Brother going into the shop! I hope it doesn't take too long to get him fixed. Meanwhile, that final border is the perfect finishing touch for your SAHRR!

Hope your machine is back home soon! Your SAHRR turned out really well as a row quilt.

Your swags at the top look great, and really frame up your rows. Congratulations on a terrific finish--love it all!

Thanks for linking up with SAHRR. I like how you made rows instead of medallion style. It looks great.
