Orange Sunshine

So far, I have the blocks made for 'Orange Sunshine'. Here they are on the design flannel.

Well...she DID say she wanted orange and orange she WILL get! :)

Actually, this was a good set of blocks to make today since it is cold and dreary out. I even saw a few flakes of *snow* drifting by the office window earlier. Things are bright (and orange!) in the sewing room.

Lol, wow, that really is orange! I can appreciate it so much more after finishing my Orange Crush! The *s* word already?? Perish the thought!

It's so bright and cheerful! Love the green pops, too.

Yep, there were snowflakes drifting and sometimes speeding down on my way home from work this morning. I don't read the Farmer's Almanac or anything, but folks around here are predicting a cold hard winter in these parts.

Could we just wait til Saturday so the ToT-ers don't freeze in their cute little costumes?

I like how the green breaks it up. reminds me of pumpkins. I love it. My mom said it snowed already in NY. BRRRR.

I did an ORANGE quilt (yes...all capitals..its BRIGHT like yours) as a request. After much gnashing of teeth, I made it. Its GOREGEOUS! Now when I get a color request that ...well...pushes my color palette ALOT, I just call it a 'color study' 'cause in the end I learn ALOT! Love this pattern! I have some strips I planned for a jacket..then changed my mind. I think its going to morph into something that looks like this! Thanks...
