Design Table Monday

What would you do?

I separated out my animal novelties from my other miscellaneous novelties~both realistic and not so realistic are included in each pile.

The pattern I want to make calls for 48 novelty prints. My piles range from a high of 41 different prints to low of 30 prints. Each pile represents one quilt.

So....would you

a. rush to the store and buy more animal prints?
b. supplement the novelties with non-animal novelties to reach 48 in the piles?
or
c. put everything back into the container and try a different pattern?!

The fabric-a-holic in me says, 'Answer A'.
The stash buster in me says, 'Answer B'.
The lazy quilter in me says, 'Answer C'.

Wonder *who* will win this battle?! lol

Decisions, decisions! How about d) try to find some people to swap with! Let me know if you want to. How big are the pieces?

This is hilarious!
I vote for Bonnie's answer...I can send you some! You definately don't want to buy more when you have this many already!

I would go buy some more animal prints!

I agree with Bonnie... We all have an abundance of fabrics and are willing to share.

I think I would choose option B and supplement with coordinating solids. Although that wouldn't be anywhere near as much fun as buying more, or swapping for more. LOL

B if you are behaving yourself? But look, you have friends who would help a quilting sister out!

How about doubling up a couple of animal prints? You would get bored making that many of the same quilt anyway!

This makes me smile :). I would opt to swap with someone too, and If you can't swap find a coordinating fabric to go with. I wish I had some novelties I would send them to you!
