I started to sew back the binding for the Memory Quilt. I like to spread the quilts out while I sew the binding back and the dining room table is the best spot. and yes, I do have a 4 foot Christmas tree I leave out all year and decorate for the 'other' holidays. Currently, it's pink for Valentine's Day!
I need to show a couple of different settings for the 1/4 log cabin block. I had shown the quilt in my 3.5 inch strip presentation and there is interest in a class. So I cut a whole heap of blues and grays. I have started to piece the blocks for two different settings.
Here are some of the blocks that I have completed.
I had written a 'cheat sheet' about 20 years ago and still use it, although I have updated the wording.
