Stash Busting Report Week #32 and a Give Away

Easy report this week gang!
  • fabric received in: 0 yards
  • fabric used: 0 yards
  • net fabric for the week: 0 yards

Net fabric for the year: -61 yards (used)

What I accomplished this week:

  • finished sewing binding on the Pink and Blue Boo
  • finished piecing the 35 blocks for Guild challenge quilt (now named Kitty Framed!)

Goals for next week:

  • completely finish Kitty Framed! (including piecing to a flimsy, quilting and binding)

A few family obligations kept me out of the sewing room this week. As summer winds down here in Wisconsin, I think I will have fewer goals in the sewing room in order to make myself more available to the family :) Sounds like a good plan, eh?

Candace at Wraggedy Patches is having a give away in honor of her 100th post. You have until August 13th to sign up. She hasn't decided on a prize yet but that makes it more fun to play! A surprise prize!

Gotta do the family thing, they grow up too fast! And although stash does "grow", it's not quite the same thing!

I haven't had too much time either. The boys are at school and the baby is sleeping. It is so peaceful. But I have a headache.

Hopefully you will have a quieter week so you can get your goals met this week?

I've been making a back for a donation top, a label for another and a pile of binding that needs pressed yet for three quilts, one a queen sized. The boring "ugh" stuff that needs to be done. Hope you did something fun-ner than that!

I love your license plate thing--went and got one of my own and actually it says just exactly what it says on the front of my car since we don't have but one actual "tag" as they say here.
