I have been busy prepping for my demonstration on crumb quilting for my guild so not a whole lot of productive sewing to show...so sad...

My quilting buddy suggested that I might use my crumbs as the middle of other blocks. Hummmm.

So I gave it a try:

Both look okay but what if I put a different color in the center?

Disclaimer: I only laid the red crumb on top of the other blocks to take the picture.
