Whoop! Whoop! 4.17.2020

and she's DONE!

She ended up a little on the short side - 68 inches long once quilted but it will be okay. This really was fast since all the 16 patches were completed as leaders/enders. I suppose that is why she is a little short...I didn't want to make more, lol

I went with the scrappy red binding, of course.

pattern info:

16 patch blocks using blue/white 2.5 inch patches
1.5 inch red frames

panto: large scribbles

I love this. Simple blocks yet so striking with the red sashing. Someone will love receiving this quilt! I may need to make something similar if that's okay with you?

A wonderful finish! Just goes to show that not all quilts need to be intricately pieced in order to shine.

What a lovely quilt! Simple quilts are so much fun and can be just as pretty as the long term challenging quilts. Happy stitching!
