Happy Birthday to the State of Michigan!
189 years young!
Remember this second set of 1/4 Log Cabin blocks?
I have them on the design wall and I arrange them in (loosely) rings. If you look close, you can 'see' some have 4 blues together in the middle, followed by gray and then blues in the outer. Half the blocks are gray (middle), blue then gray in the outer.
pattern: 1/4 log cabin. I wrote a 'cheat sheet' in the late 2000's that I still
refer to today as I assemble this block.

I love your mix of blues and grays, Pat. Reminds me of a snowy wonderland with a starlit sky.
Another pretty bunch of blues and grays together! Those blocks look like a good way to use up scrappy strips.
What a very pretty color combo for these 1/4 log cabins!
I love your combination of light and darker blocks mixed with the colors. It gives it such a great feel and look! Simple blocks with great results!
