I pulled out my teal, gray and bicycle fabric to make a donation quilt. Oh no! I'm not liking the bicycle fabric with my teal...
I made my two color rails...
and 'saw some camping type fabric with teal'! Bingo and just enough leftover for this donation. I didn't take a closer picture of the novelty and I am going to add one more vertical row but 'need' to make more of the two color rails.

I like your idea of combing rail fence blocks with feature fabric for a donation quilt. Why couldn't I have thought of that!
The camping print was a great swap to go with the teal/grey rails. Good choice! I used that bicycle print a few years ago for pillowcases for my daughter when she was still doing long distance cycling.
The camping print is cute and goes perfectly with your aqua in the rails, Pat! I hope you find another way to use the bicycles because they're fun, too!
