Whoop! Whoop! 3.27.2020

Comfort Quilt #6 started as a 2.5 inch bundle. I sewed it together as a jelly roll race and it was not looking right to me...sorry...no picture...

So I cut it into sections and added a bit of sashing in between and borders.

Ta-Da!

This is looking a lot better!

pattern inspiration:
Chinese coin...public domain

panto: large scribbles

Look at the cute owls in this one!

Well friends, this ends the guild comfort quilts that I pieced and Jody made all the backs and also cut the batting to size. Six in total I completed in the last few weeks!

Now I have some kits that I made before I packed up the sewing room...

What a smart way to salvage a jelly roll race! Easier to sew together than lots of little "coins." This looks really great! :)
