I finished piecing the string blocks into a flimsy. The question was 'how' to add length to the square quilt to make it rectangular. I was thinking of braids at the top and bottom but the solution I remember (and pretty easy!) is "thanks" to Lisa Sutherland! The flag print is a little narrow but it was all I had in the stash. :)
